Accepted Students Day

So about a week and a half ago I decide I want to attend the admitted students day this Sunday. However, I procrastinate on registering until just now and I find out registration has closed. Is there any way to get around this and attend? I’ve already emailed the admissions office-should I call them too? In the email I tried to highlight my interest for Brandeis but told them I was considering other schools and wouldn’t be able to choose Brandeis without visiting (that’s right, at this late date I still haven’t visited. Visiting is expensive and even this one would be a struggle).
Do you have any advice? As I desperate measure, could I just show up and swear up and down that I registered when they don’t have a folder for me?

Definitely worth calling. Although registration may have closed, there will be cancellations. It is strange to me, parent of a Brandeis alum, that they would limit potential students on accepted students day. When my d was in high school, I don’t recall registering and I think our trip was pretty last-minute. We had visited the school prior however.

This might be a bit late, but just to pipe in here - the same thing happened to us. So we decided to visit NOT on accepted students day. My son still got to attend a class, do an overnight, and we both did the tour and information session. And in a way, you can see the school more clearly without all the hubbub of ASD. I guess they each have their plusses and minuses.

But, yeah, I agree that it’s definitely worth calling.
