Accepted students, how many years of Foreign Language you take?

supergerbil, what’s your major? any of your 3 yr FL friends are business major? After browsing thru the coursework requirement for most majors again, I notice the “desired” foreign language requirement are major dependent. It seems engineering major only 2 years “desired” while other majors are 4 years “desired”.

I believe it is at least 2 years. My son wasn’t keen on foreign language til 11th grade…but it is beneficial to have more if you can.

My son was accepted with only 2yrs.

I will give you guys some hope lol.

I got a 1470 out of 2400 on my Sat I (I wasn’t feeling really good that day and i also didnt bother to retake because at first i thought i was going to go to a jc)
