accepted to UCLA but got a D in winter

can anyone give me advice! i got a D in one of my science classes that was not a requirement for my major but i am currently retaking that class and getting an A.. would UCLA rescind me for it? Im so scared >.<

Have you notify them about the “D” prior to acceptance?

yes but they said it’ll take a week but im very nervous and scared :’(

I’ll say there is better chance of you being fine, than not. Just talk to them on Monday, but don’t be surprised if you have to wait a bit…

Good luck to you, and hope we both solve our problems when we contact them on Monday.

Did you tell them you have an “A” now?

It’s possible. What is your major?

I am in the same situation as you and I am even worser because I got a D in one of my major pre-reg class. I got accepted today and I told UCLA that I got an D in winter few days ago. I didn’t receive any response yet and my provisional admission contract didn’t have anything special on it. I wonder if they received my academic change. Anyway, keep update the post here and tell me what happen! I will update with you as well, good luck!

Can I ask a similar question? I planned to take a course in spring semester in my college when I applied. However, I was on the waiting list of that course when the semester started. I took it in another college and I updated this change in the UC application system in March. Do I also need to report this to UCLA again?
I don’t know if they received my change. Do I need to report it through the “Academic changes” botton?
Thank you so much.

@Blackjackie

Did you update it before January 31st?

I updated on March 21, because my college started spring semester in late Feb. They made decision for students on waiting list after the first two weeks. When I found that I was unable to add that class it was already in March. Do I need to report it again according to UCLA system?

Actually, I tried to update this change to UCLA before. However, I found that they requsted applicants to report coursework changes from fall 2011 to spring 2012 at UC website.
lol What should I do??

any advice would be helpful so pls share your opinions~ i wish this weekend is over so i can call on monday
