D in Calc, how will this affect admission

How would these last semester Community College grades affect me after being accepted to UCSD in the fall.

Phys 10 - A
TheArt - A
Chemistry 22 - C or B
Calculus - D ( I got a D in calc the semester before also :[ )

What is the probability of being rescinded because of the D in calc?

Wow.. that's really bad..

yeah, i know, but other than completing's useless comment can anyone provide any useful information?

you need to call the admissions office immediately. let them know that you received a D and just listen to their response... from there you'll know if its bad or not

Well.. before you ask here, you should contact UCSD first, and ask them if you can take the summer class to replace the grade you got.

Is it one of your pre-req?
If it is, you're in a big trouble.

Keep us updated on what happens. I'm pretty sure if that's your only D, they will let it slide and take it after you transfer.

yeah, I'm going to call them tomorrow

Lol .

tell us what happens, need to know what to do in the future if that happens to me

umm yeah i may get a D this semester and im going to (or hope to, at this point) UCLA. I spoke to admissions officer who told me to hold back judgement before official grades are reported. At that point, send in a letter and plea to retake the class. I missed 2 weeks of lecture this semester due to overseas family obligations and I had increased work obligations and started volunteering this semester, though. So needless to say, time wasn't aplenty
