Accepting 2 Big 4 Internship Offers?

<p>I'm a 4th year accounting student that will have time in the Spring semester for a full time internship, as well as time over the summer. I just recieved a verbal offer (will receive my letter next week) from PwC for a summer internship in their Systems & Process Assurance group. However, I also have office interviews with all the other Big 4 firms for Spring semester internships in a standard audit role. I'm pretty confident that I will get one.</p>

<p>My question is, can I take both? Or is there a non-compete clause in the offer I'll be signing? I had a friend mention that I may only be able to accept one of them since they're all competitors, but at the same time, I'd be interning with 2 different groups/practices, and I'd like to be able to explore both.</p>

<p>Worst case scenario, I wait for my offer letter to arrive, but I am impatient :P</p>
