accepting decisions in UK and US

<p>I have been accepted at universities in the UK and US. lets say i get good grades and beat my predicted IB grades and so then i want to apply for adjustment in the UK and go to the UK. What would i do in such a situation. Do i select a firm and an insurance or can i just leave them blank. And then what do i tell my US university when i decide to go to the UK.</p>
