I'm currently a senior in high school (in the US) and was considering applying to a few schools in the UK. I know that if I get accepted, I can give a firm agreement, basically accepting the offer. But if I later get accepted to a school in the US, am I still obligated to attend the UK school that I put down as firm? Thanks

Nop, there is no obligation at all. If you decide not to go to the UK you simply decline your firm offer.
