Accounting Information Systems - MBA or MAcc?

Is anyone familiar with the study of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and the best way to “break in” to the field?, Specifically into the “the Big Four”/“Other Four”/similar firms? I am currently enrolled in a program to receive a B.S. in Accountancy but because I am a 2nd Degree student, I cannot minor or double major in any discipline.

So with any undergraduate focus out of the, is it best to pursue a MAcc with (or without) an AIS related track? The other main option is to complete an MBA with a concentration in Info Systems or the equivalent?

Any advice from someone familiar with AIS re: the normal educational trajectory? Do firms seem to prefer the MAcc, the MBA or either so long as you’re CPA eligible?

Thanks! Any input would be great. There’s no much “out there” since AIS is quite niche. I’m passionate about both Systems and Accounting and would be thrilled to marry both disciplines in my career switch from Accounts Payable - only question is how!
