Advice on major?

Hello all, I need some help regarding my choice for my major. I am currently an undergrad at UCI and my plan is to stay in UCI for the Master’s of Professional Accountancy, and later earn my CPA. However, considering my undergrad, I am stuck between majoring in Quantitative Economics or Business Information Management (most commonly known as Management Information Systems). I am 100% going to minor in accounting since they do not offer that major here but can anyone give me some advice that can make this decision easier?

Thanks

Honestly between those two I think you should go with the one you like more!

I’m not sure that it matters. UCI’s website has the required prerequisite for the MAcc, and I assume that’s probably about the same courses that other universities require for their MAcc programs. So as long as you have those courses and a solid foundation in mathematics/quantitative classes, you should be fine.
