Up until NOW, the teacher haven’t caught me cheating. It was stilled assumed by the student and her friends…

Also! It is stated in my school’s code of conduct that

“Consequences for academic dishonesty:”
- The student will receive an F on the assignment and parents will be notified for the incident
- If a 2nd incident occurs in the same class the student will receive an F grade for the class.

If that’s the code of conduct, how could they remove my class rank? & put it in my transcript when first there was no evidence that I cheated & 2nd I’ve never got reported for cheating. So the worst case would have me retake the test…

Why is everyone saying and making a big deal out of this??

The proof counts. Now tell some more. Who said that your class rank will be removed? The school or your classmates?

What do you mean “the proof counts”?

And the classmates said my class rank will be removed. The admin haven’t said anything to me about what will happen yet

Yea, they can’t do anything without proof. If they do, take it up with the higher ups.

Could proofs be the group of students that claimed I’ve cheated ?

I mean although the teachers have not seen that you were cheating, if someone can provide some proof then the school can discilpine you. Were you interrogated by the school admins? What kind of investigations have they made? You have the right to protest again false accusations.

They ask students what happened during the incident they said I cheated. And they also asked how I was since freshman year. Some students said they see nothing and that I don’t cheat and stuff but some students claimed did.

It’s been 2 days investigation. I feel like if they can’t do anything about it in 2 days then what difference does the next day make? They said if they can’t find anything then they’re going to talk to the vice and principal.

I was interrogated by the admin. But honestly, idk what’s the deal but they were extremely very nice about it. The ironic this is, the admin this year was my teacher last year & he liked me…

How did they ask students? In private office or in public? How many did they ask? Were you informed by the school admins about the investigations? How did you know about the answers of those who were asked? Are your parents aware of this now?

They asked them each different questions, & then they asked them to write it down. And they asked them in the office. They asked I think at least 8 students & yes I was informed by the admin.

My parents are not aware of this yet because they haven’t called home. I don’t think I’ll tell them until they make it a bigger deal

I think you should tell the school that you are hurt and humiliated by the false accusation.

how far do you guys think they’ll go into this?

I cannot give more advice now. Either the school will discipline you or clear your name.Talk to your parents. I am a parent too. I hate cheating but I also hate character assasination.

I dont think i should get an unfair discipline for this though. There’s no evidence and all my HS career I’ve been known for a good student

Then you should strongly protest now. Don’t wait until the school makes decision. Once they makes decision it’s hard to reverse because the school admins don’t want to look bad.

How can I protest now? When they’re investigating… The admin was a Government teacher so he should be familiar with what to decide…

You may want to post on the parent forum for better advices. And your parents should talk to the school.

i would file a lawsuit on the accusers.
