It’s so stupid. All they’re doing is surmising every damn thing. It’s like “oh, he got a better grade than I, so it would seem appropriate to assume he’s cheating.” Hell no, it ain’t like that. Furthermore, you’re ranked number ONE. There should be no reason for you to do such a thing.

I think because you said you didn’t cheat, and there is no evidence of you cheating other than the words of the students, then you don’t have a lot to worry about. However, it is suspicious that more than 1 or 2 students accused you of cheating. It’s hard to say. The worst case is giving you suspension, remove you from “valedictorian”, and let #2 be valedictorian.

just an idea-- if you file a lawsuit against the school BEFORE you send in your college app, can you delay/cancel the negative consequences (ie elimination of class rank, letter to each college describing ‘the incident’)? 122collegebound: I’m so sorry, this situation sounds so horrible! :(

I would show them your AP Scores, SAT Scores, previous projects, essays, exams. Just prove them wrong. I hate when people do that because of jealously. Good luck :)

I do bad on my Ap exams… And SAT score is 1690.

But the highest SAT score in top ten is 1860… So… Yeah. And the people in the 20-30 gets like 1400-1200
