<p>Hi,
I've heard of all the talk that ACT test scores are preferred in the midwest, etc., but I want to apply to UC's (UCLA specifically) using my ACT score.
I really prefer the ACT over the SAT and have scored much higher on ACT practice tests over the PSAT. All the UC's and other schools that I may want to apply for take ACT scores, but I still feel "insecure" submitting only my ACT score to the college of my choice, especially since everyone around me is taking the SATs. Will colleges look at ACT scores with a negative view?</p>
<p>Please let me know what you think; it'll be great to hear some of you guys who've made it to some schools in the West coast with their ACT scores.</p>
