Where could to find scholarships based on my ACT and SAT scores? I am a senior in High School and plan on doing the 2+2 program(go to a technical college for 2 years then transfer over to an university for the remaining 2 years)? I got a 25 composite score on my ACT(25 on math, 25 on reading, 25 on English, and 24 on science) and a 1040 composite score on SAT(560 on math and 470 on reading). My current gpa is low, I think weighted is 2.936 and unweighted is 2.489, however this year I am hoping to have it to a minimum of a 3.0. I am ranked top 54% in my graduating class.

You need to look into the colleges that have generous merit scholarship for those with decent GPA(3.5+) and SAT or ACT score.

Some links in this link don’t work, but you can find them by googling the names of schools.

There are a few schools like UA at Birmingham that gives scholarship to GPA 3.0 and ACT 24-29…are you sure you are going to have GPA 3.0 by the end of the 1st semester?

I think you need to have GPA 3.0 by the scholarship application deadline, and as much as the scholarship amount is generous, the requirement is quite strict.
