<p>I tried asking on the other board but the wouldn't help me so I came here! I'm applying ED to Wes.
I took the ACT last year and got a 29. I was pretty happy with it but this year I retook it Oct. 25 to see if I could do better. Now I have a bit of a problem:
I have to send the scores **now **pretty much (Nov. 15). But I haven't seen my second score and even though I feel like I did better, I don't know what to expect. I don't want to be late but I don't want to be obnoxious and I just found out that ACT does a seperate score report for each test date. Help!
My question is: Would it be okay to send 2 score reports for the 2 different ACTs and would Wesleyan look at only the higher one?
Thanks!</p>
<p>Wesleyan would definitely only look at your higher score. (But if you're going to send your first score now, and then separately send your second score after it comes out, if I understood you, couldn't you just look at your second score to see whether or not it was better than your first score/merited sending?)</p>
<p>Ahhh! I got a 28 and I sent both scores. Math and science went up but reading and writing went down. I'm soooo mad!!!! and I sent both scores to Wes already. I want to kick myself :(</p>
<p>I have a similar question, I have sent in all my application material, transcript, Sat scores, and common app, but I took 2 other SAT II's on November 1st and they won't be out until the 20th. I'm applying EDI so will Wesleyan accept them late?</p>
<p>Gabs91: Wes superscores for the SAT, so I'm prettyy sure they do so for the ACT as well. It can only help you.</p>
<p>classicalguitar: I think Wes admissions is aware of the various SAT score release dates, but I'd call admissions to make sure. they're quite friendly</p>
<p>I did terribly on the science part of the SAT. However, my other 3 sections were pretty good. How much do you think they care about the science section?</p>
