<p>Yes, but it depends on the test. Occasionally, the curve is a little more lenient. This happened on the October 2013 test; I got 1 question wrong, but still got a 36.</p>
<p>Yes, for example in the June 2013 ACT if you got 59 or 60(all of the questions) right then one would get a scaled score of 36. However, on December 2010 ACT, one would need to get all 60 questions right to get a 36. Missing 1 or 2 questions led to a scaled score of 35.</p>
