I would like to apply to colleges in the US. I will have to take the ACT exam and will need major tutoring. Has anyone had any experience Ivy Global Canada, and/or Kaplan Tutoring?
Is one better than the other?

The major thing is that you want your tutor to use official ACT test materials. That rules out Kaplan, which only uses their own materials (plus they’re hideously expensive for the services you receive). I don’t know about Ivy Global, but I just looked at their website, and they’re probably a more reasonable choice than Kaplan…just make sure they use official ACT materials!

If you’re at all interested in online tutoring, I’m an SAT/ACT tutor and I do almost all of my work online via Skype. Would be happy to chat if you want to consider other options. Just PM (private message) me if you’d like to talk.

No matter what you decide to do, the key is practice, practice, practice. Best of luck with everything!
