ACT Prep...?

Hello CC. I am looking for some ways to increase my ACT scores. I am currently a junior so I have about a year to bring them up. I took the October 25th exam and I'm not sure how confident I feel with that....but I did just take a prep class, though my scores remained relatively the same (26/27ish). Anyone have any suggestions for me? I would like to get a 30 by the next October exam, but it seems no matter what I do, I can't improve. Thanks!!!!

I didn’t make a 30 until my 4th try and now I have a 32. Just keep trying and you’ll get there eventually

Wow that’s awesome @Dhruv97‌ ! I’m very discouraged as of now so all I can do is hope for that

Try a Kaplan Prep Class. $700 but 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your next ACT score.

@Dhruv97‌ I have a score guarantee through the class I just took, which was through the Princeton Review…maybe I’ll be surprised and I received that score but I’m definitely not too sure! Haha! I may end up taking an online class…what’s your opinion regarding that?

Online class will be about $300 more but if you don’t feel like driving to the classes every week, then do that. It’s the same coursework though as the regular classroom courses

There’s not many videos here yet, but I scored a 34 and am in the process of trying to share my strategies: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCaOKS9CrMR96sWmo0GFGtaA/playlists.

Also, I have a website at http://bestactprep.org with a lot of articles and resources. Oh, and everything’s free =).

Hope this helps!

@bythewater‌ wow thanks! I will definitely be using your sources!!!

I took an 8 week online Kaplan course it was only $599 and then I think we got $100 off for back to school discount so $499! Anyway it raised my no prep score of 29 C in June to 33 C in October! I am very happy with Kaplan- the work really paid off! Make sure you take practice tests that really really can help your score!
