ACT/SAT/SAT II Dilemma

Okay. So, I'm applying to combined degree medical programs, and I've taken all three of those tests. I need some advice on what to submit, because I have a good SAT score, a mediocre ACT, and pretty awful SAT II's.

SAT:
2270 (680 CR, 790 M, 800 W)
ACT: 32 (don't know the breakdown, but I know 34 M and W)
SAT II: (taken twice)
(1)610 Bio, 620 M
(2)670 Bio, 650 M

So far for all the schools that I could, I omitted the SAT II's and sent in just the SAT, but for the schools that I DO need to send in my SAT II's I haven't sent them yet (Rennselaer, Union, SBU, GWU). I'm also applying to some Ivies. I have good extracurriculars, essays, and medical-ish EC's, so I'm not worried about that- it's just the SAT II's. Should I send in the SAT II's? Or should I use my ACT score instead, without sending in SAT II's? Do you know if I'm allowed to do that for these programs?

Thanks!

I think you need to know the breakdown of the math (34?) and science sections of the ACT, which are the ones that the schools that take it instead of SAT Subjects would presumably use.
