ACT Science Section

What is the best strategy for the ACT Science Section? Should I read the passages? Should I just read the questions and dig for the answers? I'm going through ACT 36 right now, and I don't really like their strategy; however, this could just be because I'm not used to it. Has anyone used this strategy, and can anyone vouch for its effectiveness? Thanks.

Do not read the passages—it is a waste of time. There are very few questions where you need to know what was said in the passage, and for those that you do, you can just scan. The only passage you have to read is the one with the conflicting scientists. I know everyone probably tells you this but it is extremely effective.

Like the guy said above, DO NOT READ THE PASSAGES.
