ACT Score Choice?

I am debating on whether or not to register for the September 9th ACT to try and get a higher superscore. When I first took my ACT in April 2017, I sent my scores to four colleges; since then, my college list has expanded, and one of my now-top schools was not the recipient of one of those scores. If I take the ACT again, and use one of my free score reports on this college, will they receive both my April and September ACTs? Or would I have to send the April one separately in order for them to superscore?

April ACT:
English: 36
Math: 26 (yikes)
Reading: 35
Science: 31
Writing: 8

This test was taken with no prep, so hopefully with studying I can raise my math and science scores. If anyone has tips on those sections as well I’d love to hear them  .

I also kinda struggle with science. I’m from Canada so I didn’t take bio (this is how it works: general science in grades 9 and 10, then choose out of phys/chem/bio, and didn’t have time for bio), and I literally fail everytime I see a passage on bio. Maybe it’s because how much you are familiar with the subject, because I don’t have much problems with phys and chem.
