Is this a thing? I searched it and it seems unlikely ACT would provide this feature. Can someone tell me if this is legitimate?
Using score choice, you are able to send the scores you want to send, so you would not need to delete a score. A few schools want them all, but not that many. I wouldn’t request a deletion unless it is because a certain school that is important to you wants all the scores, and there is a real stinker.
Personally, I don’t want ACT or College Board touching the account if they don’t have to, there is always risk they will screw it up.
@endora @CADREAMIN so does that mean if I took it ten time (hypothetically) and deleted nine test scores, colleges would see that I deleted nine tests? I am a junior btw and am not reporting any of my scores anytime soon.
If you delete an ACT test, ACT informs colleges to which the score has already been sent that the test has been cancelled and should not be used for determining admission… It provides no information concerning the test to any other college, e.g., apply to one that never got the particular test scores and ACT will send only the still valid tests you want to send.
