<p>I have a quick question on ACT scoring. I currently score over 30 in English, Reading, and Science. Unfortunately, I stink at math and only score in the mode 20's.</p>
<p>Let's say I my composite is 31, but my individual math score is only like a 25. When I apply for a scholarship(The university I plan on attending accepts 31+), will they look at my low score and decide my scholarship on that?</p>

<p>I wouldn’t think they would. If the scholarship is for ACT composite of 31, then they probably don’t care about the individual math score. As long as you attain the required composite, I don’t think the college would mind. </p>
<p>I would imagine that your other scores are considerably higher (32+) to bring your composite up, and hopefully this draws attention away from the math score! The math score is a problem if you want to major in something math-related (but I would think you aren’t). </p>
<p>Also, try to GET YOUR MATH SCORE UP! I know some people are just simply better at some subjects than others, but the math section on the ACT poses straightforward questions that are usually taught in the high school curriculum! If you study the concepts, then I think that it wouldn’t be to hard to get at least 30.</p>
