Is a composite score of 24 or higher common among ACT test takers??

suprisingly 24 gets you in a decent quartile, but is a very low score when wanting scholarships/admission to good colleges

a top score would be in the 32-36’s with 28-31 being average (if you define average as a decent chance in a top school like rice univ or vanderbilt, not harvard )

24 i think is above 50, you just dont hear about anyone with 24s around here because this place is full of super studyholics, anway, i think 24 is reasonably common but at least +50% so its still a good score

A 24 is the 75th percentile.

[ACT Score Information: National Ranks for Test Scores and Composite Score](<a href=“ACT Test Scores | ACT Scoring | ACT”>ACT Test Scores | ACT Scoring | ACT)

My school’s average was 24.5

District ~ 23

States ~ 20

So it really depends. Our ACT ranking was 2nd in state…

Yeah,24 is 75th%. For me, it seems like I maxed out at 27. I can’t seem to score any higher
