Hey CC. I'm using this final week to explore a few strategies, and I wanted to know what works best for you. The prep books I've been using sometimes contradict what I should and shouldn't do. Maybe there's something that's been helping you that I haven't heard of yet.

Any strategy from any part of the test is accepted. Also any advice in the final week, the day before, the day of, etc. I want to hear from those who are taking or have taken the ACT.

Thanks so much! Good luck to those taking it in April! :)

Well I don’t mean to sound cliche, but a good breakfast, confidence, and sleep can affect you enormously. As for the test itself, the only big thing I have to say is, PAY ATTENTION TO THE CLOCK, do not spend more than 1:30 seconds on a question, guess. When it comes down to the final minute or two and you have some left, just put answers down so you atleast have a chance. During break I would go over math formulas, recollect myself, and that’s about all I can give you. Good luck!

Thank you so much! Means a lot. :D

No problem, hope you do well!

Focus on pacing! But don’t rush.
Skim Science experiments.
Write every step out in math questions.
Don’t be afraid to skip questions.
Pick an answer for every question.
Always know your target score and make sure you get that’s my questions right.
