I have taken the ACT twice.
The first time, I received 34 in math, 34 in english, 29 in science, and 36 in reading.
The second time, i received 31 in math, 33 in english, 34 in science, and 33 in reading.
The college I'd like to attend superscores the ACTs,
Will they think less of my application, seeing as how my reading, math, and writing scores dropped the second time I took the test, or will only my top scores be considered? Surely they'll see my lower scores as well.

No, they won’t. Don’t overthink this. If they superscore it is to give you the benefit of the doubt. Relax.

If they do superscore, they don’t care.
