ACT Superscoring question

I know some schools superscore the ACT, meaning they take the best score of each section, of all the ACT's you've ever taken. Does that mean that all of the lower scores completely do not affect your admission to the college? If I got lets say a 25 in everything except math which is a 36 on one test, and around 30 in math and the other sections on another test, would the 25 in the sections on the first test be seen and judged before being put into a superscore?

Some schools use your superscore for admissions and/or scholarships. This means that they will use your highest score on each subject to create a new score. They won’t use your lower scores.
