The first time i took the ACT I scored very low because I did little to no prep, I didn’t understand the structure of the test and many other causes that made me score low. I am planning on studying very hard to the september test and hopefully scoring a 33+. Will the ACT make me retake the test because they suspect cheating as my scores may jump too much from my current score or will they leave me alone. This is important because I need those scores for ED and if they’re cancelled I’m screwed.
I know the SAT does this if you improve like 400+ in one sitting.
If the ACT does this, no worries. Keep ALL your study materials, notes, practice tests etc. All you have to do is send them pictures (or the actual thing) of your test prep materials (flashcards, practice tests, prep books etc.) and you’ll be fine.

Scores that move 8 points are subject to quality review. The test may be selected for audit. To move your composite score by 8 points you need to improve by 32 points in some combination of the section scores. Not impossible, but not easy either.
My advice is to save all of your practice materials.
