ACT to SAT score conversion?

Is there a ACT score conversion more accurate than the one provided by the UCs and the one on wikipedia?

I'm curious how a 34 would translate into an SAT score, because I'm still contemplating whether or not to take this saturday's test

A 34 is a 1520... http://www.collegeboard.com/prod_downloads/highered/ra/sat/satACT_concordance.pdf

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACT_%28examination%29#Score_comparison_with_SAT

Yeah- I wouldn't worry about retaking a 34- it would be like retaking a 2300 (or high 2200).

what about 33 for MIT and Caltech?

^ For MIT? What was your Math score?

only 35... grr stupid mistakes ( i have a bunch of math awards and stuff, our math team is often #1 or 2nd in national or california state stuff for math contests. so i am not really worried about math as I am about english and reading scores.)
I am just not too sure about the conversion since a bunch of different websites have different numbers, so i am like AHHHH .
I checked their mid 50% range and it was 30- 34. so I should be at least in semi good shape right?

Lol- I've got a 33 comp. with a 35 in math as well.

I only asked because if your math was weak (ie 30 or below) MIT would be hard to get into despite a solid comp. But since your math is more than high enough (and your comp is in the top 50% of ACT scores), I wouldn't stress about it.

Thanks! I still have to sit through the SAT this weekend though. I'll try my best on that, but probably won't beat the equivalent of my ACT score.
but then after that!, I am DONE!!! with standarized testing (excluding APs in may.. but those are a long time from now)
