I am a senior and been doing pretty well in school (93 avg. unweighted, 2100 SATs, 780+ on 2 SAT II and 32 ACT) to go to a decent college, but not enough to go to the Ivys like Harvard and Columbia.
So my question is if I plan on transferring during my freshmen year, can and should I take the ACTs and SATs again? I know my high school grades still matter and so does my performance during the freshmen year in college, but does my SATs and ACTs? Should I study for those and take them during my summer and freshmen year?

You can take ACTs or SATs anytime you like.
