Take ACT/SAT IIs in college?

I was going to ask this in the Tests forum, but I figured only a bunch of high schoolers would be there. I'm asking in Transfer because that's what I plan on doing, but I want a higher score.

Can you take the ACT and SAT IIs in your freshman year of college? I can't find the answer to this question anywhere.

Well I say take them, alot of people do..... However as others stated before, for some schools you do not need to send them SAT and ACT scores, so it really depends on what school you plan on transfering to, but if it was up to me I would take them just be on the safe side

Do you think that it would look bad to have to take them again during freshman year of college? Do you know how to find out whether the college you're transferring to will accept the scores that you took while you were in college?

I took mine my frosh year in college.

It was my second time though. First time I was a soph in HS.
