I sent in my SATs when I first applied in November. Is it too late/would it help me to send in my ACT grades? My SATs were 800M/590V/630W and I applied to engineering. My ACTs were all over the place. My scores from one test to another could range up to 7 points. My best scores were 35M/30E/24R/30S 28 E/W These were all on different tests, so I don't know if I can mix and match like the SAT.

I think it depends on the school. I'm pretty sure they don't mix and match ACT subscores, but I do know engineering will look at math with more attention (and to a lesser extent) science. But 35 ACT or 800 SAT won't really matter in that department, its really the same. I think you're in good shape with the SATs.

I thought just SAT's would be alright, but I get in frenzies sometimes where I jsut think I haven't done enough. Everybody on this site tells their SAT and ACT scores and make it sound like they sent both. If UM doesn't mix and match best scores on the ACT the way they do on SAT, I think it could hurt my record because even though a 31 was the lowest I got on math, the other subject scores were all over the place.
