additional comments on college applications?

I'm applying to the UW and there's a section for additional comments but I don't really have anything additional to add! I don't want to write about something that doesn't really matter to me because it will definitely be a weak paragraph. idk what to do?! Leave it blank or BS a whole paragraph?

Have you called the university? Have you e-mailed them with questions? Have they answered back? If so, you could thank the admissions counselor for their help, maybe.

oh ok well no I haven't called them or anything but it says this in the section for additional comments: "Use this section for anything you wish to express that doesn't seem to fit in any of the required writing areas. For example, if you have experienced personal hardships in attaining your education, if your activities have been limited because of work or family obligations, or if you want us to know how important a personal or professional goal is to you, tell us here."

and it can be a max of 250 words..

Oh, okay. I have a box like that on my Ohio State app too. I don't think that box is necessary - if you don't fill it in, it probably isn't a problem. :)

ok yeah that's what I was thinking lol. I figure its better to just leave it blank than to write something that's not very good. Thanks for your help though! :)
