Additional Forms-A couple Questions, Please

Transfer student. Applying to USC and LMU.

The Final Report, it's basically your HS transcripts? I home schooled, and that was 10 years ago. I am sure I still need to get them, but if I am transfer student, why do I need to still obtain them?

Mid-Term Report- It's basically the courses I am taking right now. However,I am not taking any courses.... So do I just skip this?

Thank you in advance.

As a transfer student, your final report is not needed. However, if you are currently enrolled you will need to send a transcript after grades are in for the current term.

Thank you, so the only one I really need is the register report, is that right?

You need both your final HS transcript and your registrar report. The final report form is not needed at this time, although your transcript from this term in college will need to be sent once you complete the term.

Just another question(thank you for the time). I am a transfer student, I already assigned the Register Report, I went to my college, and they will mail out the Register Report. If I am not taking any courses this semester what happens to the Final Report? Does it still go out? Because I need to obtain my HS transcripts somehow because I was home-schooled and need to contact the company that was in charge of my grades.

There’s no need to stress about this now. The Final Report is never due until after you commit to attend a school. Once you do that, you can contact the school to see if there is anything else they need, but in your case by then they should have all your grades from both HS and college, so it seems a Final Report will never be needed. They may, however, ask you at that point for an official transcript for your college classes.

Thank you for your help and time, much appreciated.
