Common App: School Forms

All the schools I'm applying to as a transfer student under school details and school forms say they require "# Academic Teacher Evaluation(s), School Report, Mid Year Report, Final Report"

Is the school report meant to be the secondary school report or the college official report? It makes more sense that they would want to college official report. And then as for Final report when I go to look at all the school forms available by clicking on the school forms tab on the left there is no final report listed there. So then I looked at the downloads page and then under transfer students there is a link for the secondary school final report which I would be able to use. I looked at the info for the secondary school report and secondary school final report and it seems silly that they wold require both of those documents from a transfer student. Also, my high school counselor says she thinks I don't need to submit the high school school reports since I'm applying as a transfer. What do I do?

Colleges frequently want both the College Official’s report and the Sec School Final report for transfer applicants.

The only other thing that ‘Final Report’ could possibly refer to is your final transcript from this spring sem. However, it’s not really a report, just an official transcript.

If the colleges use the CA and ask for those forms, then they correspond to, respectively:

Instructor Evaluation
College Official’s Form
Mid-Term Report
Secondary School Final Report

If you’re still not sure, then call the school(s).

hey entomb when before i give my proff the LOR i check yes and sign the privacy part right?

^^Yes you do because once the prof fills in their part, you won’t be able to see it.
