Additional Info question...

Hey all,

On the common app, I was just wondering if this would be an acceptable thing to put in the additional info section. When I took my SAT IIs senior year, I literally waited until the last minute. I took them I think the week or two before all applications were due in January. Unfortunately, I caught the flu so I didn't study for any of them and took the entire test drugged up basically. I don't even remember it to be honest with you. But, I didn't have a choice in cancelling them because some schools like Tufts required them. Should I write in the transfer common app what happened? (they are incredibly low, almost to the point where you would think I was illiterate haha) Thanks for any help!

Yes, that is exactly the kind of information that goes in the add'l info section. If you can, give an explanation for why you waited so long to take them...

thank you so much. i really just waited so long because i was taking an incredibly difficult courseload so i wanted to keep my grades high and i was still trying to pull up my SATs up so i was studying for them as well. i was always told SAT IIs had nothing to do with the selection process so they honestly werent too much of a priority at the time. i mean this obviously is not what i would write on the essay but is something along these lines acceptable?

Imo, yeah.
