I am applying to a certain institute of higher education SCEA using the online application, and was wondering if you can alter information in the first part of the app after submitting it. I ask because I am taking math iic in october and won't be able to post my score in the standardized testing part for several weeks afterwards. However, I would like to work on the second part of the application in the meantime.

i remeber this happened to me last year. i was taking my sat II's in OCT and asked if they would get the scores before they reviewed the SCEA and the admin office told me they couldn't guarantee it. they said it might get there on time and it might not. so i just switched to RD.

oh and no you can't change anything after you submit part one.

Oh . . . I guess I could just put the date I'll take it, I'd just rather completely finish part 1 before moving on. I have the essay prompts though so I could work on those without actually going onto part 2.

Could anyone tell me if there is anything time-consuming in part 2 other than the essays?

i want to wait to get my score and then send it in, but can your teachers still send in their recs and your transcript even if you have not sent in form 1? they say that they will not open a file until they've received form 1? what exactly does that mean?

As of now, i'm just printing out the pdf version for form 2, and working on that. I think that i'll just send form 2 through mail.

wired brain: just take a look for yourself at the pdf version of 2

criminallycrude - I looked at the pdf of part two but I would still prefer to submit it online... I don't know whether the process for getting recs and having your transcript send is different if you apply via mail.

I called the office of admissions and they said that taking it in october would be fine and I should just submitt part 1 and move on to part 2 :)
