<p>I was wondering the same thing as well.</p>
<p>I would think an essay would be much better because it gives you a chance to elaborate on other activities that you partake in. A resume might simply just be a restatement or list of the activities and wouldn’t give your additional information as much depth an essay would. </p>
<p>However, the down side to the essay is that it would have to be extraordinarily written, so it doesn’t seem to be a glorified list of paragraphs.</p>
