So I have been in contacts with the Vanderbilt Admission Counselor for my region. I have asked a couple meaningful questions about the college, and I was curious if I would be able to send the counselor my resume? Would that help me in the long run, or just make me look desperate and naive?
I mean that’s information you put on your application anyway. In my opinion, it’s unproductive because it’s just information that will be seen upon your application review.
That is unnecessary and would not make a favorable impression. S/he will see all of the information on your application. There is a difference between displaying interest and becoming a pest. You do not want the AC to view you as a pest.
Thank you @KKmama and @Nattybow2015
Does Vandy allow applicants to upload their resumes on their application (Common App, online portal etc)?
If not, they don’t want to see it.
