Hello, I am planning to apply to several university before the Fall deadline which is from March to June. I am wondering is there a difference in applying during March and applying during May? Will there be less of a chance for students that apply during May compare to the students that applied earlier. I just wanted to work on my essay and have it revised a couple of times before submitting it to earlier and constantly worrying.

This is for transfer, correct?

But all the regular deadline transfer will be evaluated by a certain time and not by transfer application that was submitted earlier?

For example: I am a eligible applicant but if I submitted it during May, will the eligible candidate that submitted their transfer application during March will have a higher chance than me? Or does all applications will be review at the end?

It depends on they type of admissions the college has. If the college accepts students on a rolling basis, then when you submit can be a factor as fewer seats are available later in the admission period. If they have a hard deadline after which time they consider all applicants equally, then submittal date doesn’t matter.

I think it is a hard deadline. I am trying to apply for Villanova University as a transfer student. I assume it is a hard deadline because it stated on the website to be June 1. But I can be totally wrong.

When in doubt, call/email Admissions for clarification.

Thank you for the advice.
