<p>If you are an international student, you might need to take the IELTS or the TOEFL.</p>
<p>Or score higher than 650 on CR, then you don’t need to take the TOEFL</p>
<p>It depends on your nationality – if you are not a U.S. citizen, Cambridge might let you use ‘American qualifications’ (i.e. SATs and APs) as evaluation criteria, but I am not sure about Oxford (you would be better off emailing them and asking specifically). Also, requirements differ on college-by-college basis (which both Cambridge and Oxford consist of). Sometimes, the colleges will ask you to spend at least one year in a bachelor’s program in your own country. The English requirement (if English is not your native language) is usually a 7.0 or above on IETLS (Cambridge and Oxford) or 100+ on iBT toefl (Oxford). I am not sure if Oxbridge accept SAT as a proof of English proficiency.</p>
