<p>Hi! I'm currently a high school junior and I'm going to start applying to colleges this summer. I want to know what I can do this year that will better my applications and give me a higher chance of being accepted.
Currently I have been in theatre for three years, tech theatre for two years and also I am taking an animation course. Next year I plan to continue theatre, possibly the animation and along with that I'm going to take a film course they offer at my school. My grades are fairly average and I'm in the top 24% out of 817 students (I hope to raise that this year). I'll take my first SAT this January. I know that I should do more outside of class, but is there anything specific that you guys recommend?</p>
<p>My brother transfered from OU (oklahoma) after his sophomore year and applied with a 3.7 and got in the liberal arts school and transferred the very next semester into the RTF school, dont stress if it’s not automatic for you. keep working hard and make sure you have really really strong essays! and letter of recs</p>
