EC Advice - UT RTF

I want to study film/tv at UT Austin but I can’t find any admission stats anywhere for the program so I’m really scared about getting in. I’m almost certain I can get into UT with my grades but it’s the major I’m worried about because I don’t have really any experience in the field.
My family is very low income and they’re not exactly supportive of my career choice, so getting my hands on a camera or finding time to work on anything film related has been near impossible for the last few years. I’m really scared that I won’t get in because I feel like I’m the only kid that hasn’t made a short film. I need some advice on building up my ECs so it’s clear that I’m serious about film.

My current ECs are:
Debate Team - secretary
Interact
HOSA - 1st place at regionals last year (not sure how much this matters since it’s a health club)
UIL Academics - Social Studies and Literary Criticism
100+ volunteer hours (at an animal clinic and school events)
I’m also applying for a film workshop for high-schoolers at NYU this summer

I thought about starting a film club but I’m not sure if it’s too late for it to make a difference on my resume since I’ll be in it for only a year??

Do y’all have any ideas for some entertainment-related things I could do in the next year that could impress RTF admissions? (PS: I live in a small town, so my options are sort of limited for jobs during the school year, but I should be able to travel to Houston during the summer for jobs/internships/volunteer opportunities.)
