admission letters

any idea when Adm sends letters with the email user name and password to check the status of your application

im pretty sure that those letters with the ID and PIN number get mailed out today, November 27th

My D just got her letter from Villanova with her PIN number....phew! so far so good!! Although we are pretty prepared for her to be deferred due to her test scores...but we have hope. Good luck to all.

So are EA/ED decisions posted on 12/20?

did everyone already get their letters with their pin numbers, cuz i havnt gotten mine yet?

i havent either.....

Admissions said the letters will be going out next week, The yellow letters that arrived this week are just to confirm the correctness of the info thay have, Even though I can get into Novasis with the ID number they sent they said it was the wrong area of novasis, So patience we must have. Good luck

I received my letter with the novasis ID/Pin yesterday and logged in...showed that the application is complete.

Decisions posted 12/20. Blah.

Was it the yellow letter or something else?

I am panicking because they say they haven't received the essay even though it was sent . They said don't send againn till they ask fior it. Will the app still be considered for EA? It's killing me not to send it so I know for sure they have it.

was everybody supposed to receive a yellow letter?

Last week got a yellow letter today got a blue one. Same ID and you can retrieve the pin yourself even if you didn't get the blue letter.

what was the blue letter about? just the PIN number or was it something different??

Yup, D got the second letter with the blue Novasis sheet today. Checked her application status on-line and all is complete....(phew!!) Good luck to everyone!!

i logged in and checked my status, but there is no link in the view application status. all that it says is...
This is a summary of your admission application processed for Villanova University. Please click on the Admission Term link to view your detailed status report. Thank you!

..and nothing about receiving my sat/essay/anything! is this okay?!

Log in again it does that sometimes

they should e-mail these things...I live across the Atlantic

heyy what did everyone have listed when they logged into NOVASIS.

What I saw was:
App Fee
Common App
Essay/Personal Statement
High School Transcript
Signature Page
SAT/ACT Scores

And it said under Application Status: Complete and Ready

At the top of the page there, it says something about secondary school counselor reports, which is not listed with my received documents, but I know that my counselor sent it with my transcripts. It does not appear as if I have any outstanding items, because everything there has a date received (anything in anyone else's status columns for each item?? curious??) Does everyone have the secondary school counselor report under received documents, and what about teacher evaluation forms and teacher recs??? Anything there about them??

Sorry if I'm confusing you, I'm just freaking out cause I want to make sure they have everything (1st choice), but any help with this would be great. Thanks!!!
=)

Ours is missing essay the school reports which were sent in time to be received Oct 15 say they were reveived Nov 15.

When I logged in to the Villanova application website, my summary said that my test scores were missing (I sent scores in September and October and ACT confirmed that they were sent), and also the summary said that my high school transcript was received on Nov. 21 (my school confirmed that it was sent in mid-October) and that my common application was received on Nov. 19 (I sent it in mid-October).

I've been calling and e-mailing Villanova admissions for several days about the so-called missing test scores. They keep saying they'll get back to me but they don't. I'm really concerned I'm going to miss out on EA due to their disorganization. Any suggestions?
