admissions based on point system (like UCSD)

i saw the UCSD point system thing used for admissions. do other schools have things like that?

all the UCs use the same point system

what were the cut of points for the other UC's?

not all the UCs use the system, i know for a fact that Berkeley and LA DO NOT use it.

I know for sure UCSD uses it. My year, the cut off was 7,460 points. It increases every year.

how do you incorp. sat 1 and 2 in them?

Well, UCLA doesn't use the point system - that's for sure.

I just visited UCLA last week, they told us that they don't use the point system and that all UCs have a different way of figuring out who to accept/reject, so you could get accepted by Berkeley and rejected by UCSD, theoretically.. UCSD said the same thing

so for every award you receive, you add 150 points?

wassup a can someone give me a point breakdown for the pointsystem at UCSD
