<p>Hey everyone, I was just curious about the UC's point system. I was wondering if any of you guys might know how the points are distributed, more specifically, how much importance is given on community service vs. SAT Scores and GPA. </p>

<p>in addition to UCLA, berkeley also does not use a point system in admissions.</p>
<p>UCSD is among several UC's that do use it though (i forgot which other UC's do, but i'm sure there's at least one other UC that does it)</p>

<p>good call. everyone on CC seems to be typing it as "UC's" instead of "UCs" though, regardless if they're referring to "university of california" or " the universities of california"</p>
<p>I think UCI/UCSB/UCD also use the point system, but don't publish it like UCSD does. :rolleyes:</p>
