<p>Any thoughts on Stanford's admissions director who used to work for yale?</p>
<p>Although Yalies love their school, I don't think the admissions office was a favorite of many. My own experience is that the office was somewhat disorganized and the tone was/is a bit formal and stuffy.
This is in contrast to the school itself, including other administrators and deans who tend to be wonderful, patient and supportive.
The actual director, though, I don't know - never met him.</p>
