admissions (EA & applic status)

i submitted my application on november 15th. i know, it's really late for the early action program, but it was a last minute decision and i was told the EA deadline was extended to november 15th. although my transcripts were sent in earlier, it said that the date received was november 18th. so is that really they date they received it or is it the processed date? because then i don't think i'm eligible for EA, although it says my application status is "early action applicant"

also, it says that i need to submit an "english proficiency report" as a required document? i don't even know what that is.

and on commonapp, it says that i applied for Physical Therapy, but it's not showing up on the status check. it just says i'm applied to bouve health sciences college with no major?

sorry, many questions. freshmen jitters, i guess you can say lol. thanks!

np man it happens to all of us. well i applied to neu recently and all that matters is that u sent the documents by the 15th...it takes them a while to process it so as long as u sent it before the 15th ur fine. I think u dont need an english proficiency test if u score like a 500 or above on CR of the SAT but idk so just call them or email them to find out. Dont have the answer to ur other question...srry about that :(

i actually called NU about all my questions a few minutes ago before I checked CC lol. thank you for replying though!!

i never took the SAT. i only took ACT. i got 32 in English and 34 for Reading. the guy i spoke to said that i have a good chance of getting it waived but i had to email my admissions counselor about it cause only the admissions counselor can change that.
