What colleges don’t use the common app?
Too many to list. Many public universities, MIT, Georgetown for starters. Check the websites of colleges in which you are interested.
It would also be easier for you to look to see which college do use the Common App. Prepscholar has a list which is easily found via Google. Closing thread.
