<p>Idk speedsolver… I’ve had countless friends who live around me get in, and we live so close to the UW, and I have yet to even have my transcript load. I’m starting to think that not only did I get rejected, but the mail is just taking a long time. But at least I didn’t get rejected 2 days ago… that’s when I feel like a good portion of the applicants were… Idk, I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.</p>
<p>My transcript was uploaded the other day and I got my letter in the mail today. I live in Texas, 3.3 UW, 2080 SAT, Hispanic.</p>
<p>Maybe they are sending the letters out in the opposite order of which they received the applications. Like those who sent theirs in last get their letters earlier. Just a thought cause I sent mine in right when it was available</p>
<p>just saying, i personally havent heard of anyone at my school being denied. It may be that they dont have their letters, or they jsut dont advertise getting denied, but i just think its kind of interesting, soo many acceptances and no rejections! (that ive heard of)</p>

I don’t think so, some of my friends who already got letters sent it way early, as it was their top choice. I personally turned it in like 2 days before the deadline and I haven’t heard back yet.</p>
<p>same it ranges, i turned mine in on the last day and still nothing currently. And my friends who got accepted also turned it in last day and got their acceptance letters yesterday.</p>

<p>I’m still trying to not get my hopes up though because I only have: 3.3 GPA/1780 SAT. pretty good extracurriculars/pretty good culture/diversity essay and idk I didn’t really like my personal statement, but I thought it was okay to say the least.</p>

<p>Hey guys i think ive figured it out… i jus thad to confirm a bit. i think the ppl who are awaiting it (tell me if im wrong) have last names closer to the top of the alphabet. i nkwo i do…n so do 3 other ppl i know…</p>

<p>@Indianrain I doubt that. My thought is they have a batch of applicants that they have already rated and are deciding which ones to accept until they reach that magic number, which is about 13,000. Just my thoughts.</p>
<p>It’s definitely not ordered alphabetically. For ex: 3 people I know at my HS who already got acceptance letters. One has a last name that starts with C. Another person with M. Another person with R… And that was ALL yesterday…</p>
