So anybody going tommarow?

I am!!! I hope it won't be too deserted? Cuz everyone I know went on the 15th!

I'll be working at the registration desk! Look for me! HA!

there are supposed to be like 4000 people...it wont be deserted

i didnt rsvp.. but im gonna be there on a self guided tour i guess.. haha im pathetic

The 15th was a Saturday.. the campus always looks deserted on the weekends, with most of the buildings locked, etc.. plus that was Easter Weekend. Tomorrow is a Friday - and it's the day before Picnic Day. There will be lots of people out & about going to classes. There will also be refreshment stands being set up for picnic day.. but those aren't usually there.

If you want a thrill.. sit in the middle of the traffic circle by the chem building & silo during the ten minutes classes (:50-:00 before noon, and :00 to :10 afternoon). You won't get hit, but you'll witness the bike choas first hand.

Hahha sounds fun! I'm so excited now! I'm gonna head to sacramento in about 2 hours then wake up early for tomorrow.

I am making a 5 hour trip up to Davis and I am very excited.

Oh Davis was so fun and really welcoming. I am now 100% sure.

Highlight: When some really funny guy interupted our walking tour to promote Picnic Day. "It's better than Cal Day"
lol

Really great school, and it doesn't smell at all. (Except by the equestrian center duh)

I can't wait to become part of Davis and make it even better.

I went today and everything was great except for the reek of cow crap at some areas! I really can't put up with that kinda smell sigh Other than that I really liked how vibrant the campus was. Bikes were zooming in every direction it was difficult to cross the streets! I feel so excited now!

is anyone here going to to the UCD Summer session?
